Troppus
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Troppus, a shared inbox and ticketing service for support teams. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
1. Your account
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You must verify your email address before creating or joining workspaces.
- One person per account. Do not share logins between agents.
2. Workspaces and roles
Workspaces are controlled by their owner and admins. Admins manage members, domains, statuses, and billing for their workspace. Owners and admins are responsible for who they invite and for the content their workspace sends and receives.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Troppus to:
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited email, or marketing campaigns. The service is for support conversations.
- Harass, defraud, or impersonate others.
- Violate applicable email, privacy, or anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM or CASL).
- Send from domains you do not own or control.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other workspaces.
We may suspend sending, a workspace, or an account if it threatens deliverability, security, or other customers, for example sustained bounce or complaint problems, or clear abuse.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the emails, tickets, attachments, and other content in your workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and transmit that content in order to operate the service, nothing more. You are responsible for having the right to send and store the content you put in the service.
5. Email sending and domains
- You may only verify and send from domains your organization owns or is authorized to use.
- You are responsible for keeping the DNS records (verification, DKIM, SPF, MX) published while the domain is in use.
- Deliverability depends on your sending behavior; we may throttle or pause sending to protect the shared infrastructure.
6. Billing
Paid plans are billed per agent seat, per month. Seat counts reflect the members of your workspace. Prices and plan features may change; we will give reasonable notice of pricing changes before they take effect for your workspace.
7. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. On workspace deletion, associated tickets, messages, and domain configuration are removed as described in our Privacy policy.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every email will be delivered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify workspace admins. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
10. Contact
