Free plan

Without an active subscription, outbound email (agent replies) uses daily and monthly limits shown under Admin → Billing. Inbound email domains stay locked until you subscribe.

Paid seats

Each workspace has one Stripe subscription. The subscription item quantity is the agent seat limit. Admins and agents both count as seats. Pending invites reserve seats so you cannot oversell.

Workspace owners manage billing under Admin → Billing: start checkout (monthly or yearly), add or remove seats, switch interval, open the Stripe customer portal, or cancel at period end. Webhooks keep seat limits in sync — the app never trusts the client for limits.

A paid plan unlocks custom domains and inbound receiving. See Verify your domain.
