Trial then paid

New workspaces start without a free forever tier. Choose a plan under Admin → Billing. Starter includes a 7-day trial; Standard and Growth bill after checkout. Without an active or trial subscription, inbound receiving stays off and outbound email is blocked.

Plans

Each workspace has one Stripe subscription for a fixed plan (quantity 1). Seat caps are included in the plan (3 / 10 / 50). See Pricing for monthly vs annual rates and email caps.

Workspace owners can start checkout, upgrade immediately, schedule downgrades at period end, open the Stripe customer portal, or cancel. Webhooks keep plan limits in sync.

A paid or trial plan unlocks inbound receiving and custom domains for branded replies. See Domain for setup.
