Invite your team

Admins invite from Admin → Members. Choose a role for each person:

• Agent works tickets: reply, assign, tag, and update status.
• Admin does everything agents do, plus members, domains, statuses, and billing.

Invitees get an email when sending is configured; you can always copy the join link and share it directly. Pending invites can be re-roled or canceled from the same page.
