Verify your domain

In Admin → Domains, add the domain you send support mail from (for example yourcompany.com or support.yourcompany.com). Inbound and outbound email both run on your own domain. Publish the DNS records shown on the domain page:

  • Verification & DKIM proves you own the domain and signs outgoing mail.
  • SPF authorizes the service to send on your behalf.
  • MX routes inbound support mail into your workspace. Once verified, a catch-all on your mail host delivers any address at that host to your inbox.

If you add a subdomain such as support.yourcompany.com but manage DNS in the parent yourcompany.com zone, enter support as the record name for SPF and MX — not @. The domain page shows both the provider name and the full hostname each record must resolve to.

DNS can take a few minutes to propagate. Use the Verify button on the domain page to re-check; sending and receiving switch on automatically once records resolve.
