Choose agent seats

After you create a workspace, open Admin → Billing and pick how many seats you need. Every admin and agent uses one seat. Pending invites also use a seat until someone joins or you cancel the invite.

Start checkout for monthly or yearly billing, then add or remove seats later from the same page if your team grows or shrinks. A paid plan unlocks inbound email (including forwarding) and sending from your company domain.
