Create a workspace

Sign up, verify your email address, and create a workspace from the Workspaces page. Each workspace is a separate organization with its own members, domains, and tickets. The workspace URL slug is chosen at creation and can't be changed later.

Admins can rename the workspace and upload a logo in Admin → Workspace. The name shows in outbound replies next to each agent's alias.

You must verify your email before creating or joining a workspace. If you see a verification prompt, open the verify email page, enter the code, then try again.
