Create a workspace

Sign up, verify your email address, and create a workspace from the Workspaces page. Each workspace is a separate organization with its own members, domains, and tickets. The workspace URL slug is chosen at creation and can't be changed later.

Admins can rename the workspace and upload a logo in Admin → Workspace. The name shows in outbound replies next to each agent's alias. The same page is where you add an OpenAI API key so the team can use Assist.

You must verify your email before creating or joining a workspace. If you see a verification prompt, open the verify email page, enter the code, then try again.
